Once you meet a Doodle, all other breeds will pale in comparison! Our Doodles are a cross between a Poodle and: a Golden Retriever, Labrador, or Irish Setter. We breed miniature (13-20 pounds) and micro-mini (5-13 pounds) Goldendoodles, Irishdoodles, and Labradoodles.

Goldendoodles are intelligent, friendly, and affectionate. Goldendoodles have a moderate activity level. They need a good walk or active playtime each day, and they are athletic enough to participate in dog sports such as agility, flyball, obedience, and rally. They can also be excellent therapy dogs. Goldendoodles also tend to be on the quieter side, barking only when they feel threatened or to greet you after you’ve been gone for a while. Additionally, Goldendoodles are notoriously gentle with children, a trait they inherit from the Golden Retriever line, and tend to have a more gentle mouth.

Labradoodles were originally developed to be hypoallergenic guide dogs. They are a smart and sociable dog and very affectionate. Labradoodles have the brains, the temperaments, and the loyalty to become excellent service dogs. Both Labrador Retrievers and Poodles are highly intelligent dogs, helping Labradoodles excel in smarts, train-ability, and a general desire to always please their owner. If you are looking for a family-friendly, kid-loving, medium energy dog that is comfortable inside or outside, that loves the water and the land, you should definitely consider a Labradoodle or mini Labradoodle. They also make excellent watchdogs - they’ll let you know when someone is at the door or something is amiss - while still maintaining a family-friendly personality.

Irishdoodles seek to combine the intelligence and non-shedding coat of a poodle with the friendly, happy-go-lucky nature of an Irish Setter. Families that know dogs recognize that Irish Setters are perennial on the list of best dogs with kids, because of their friendly nature. Poodles often make the list as well because of their intelligence, desire to please, and hypoallergenic coat. Irishdoodles are the perfect blend of the two! Irishdoodles and mini Irishdoodles are great with kids because of their family-oriented temperament. Irishdoodles are very lighthearted and will be entirely devoted to your family. 

Doodles of all types are friendly and intelligent, which makes them favorites for families with children. Their eager-to-please personality makes them easy to train and suitable for beginner dog owners. Most Doodles have an average lifespan of 12 to 15 years.

Doodles have hair, not fur, which makes them hypoallergenic. They are considered “non-shedding” dogs because they lose about as much hair as you or I do in an average day — in other words, hardly any.

Our dogs have been extensively health tested prior to breeding, and our mama dogs receive excellent pre-and post-natal care.
